Dr. Luke Roberts

Luke Roberts completed his PhD at the Faculty of Education where his research explored the sustainability of anti-violence initiatives such as Restorative Approaches in secondary educational settings. His focus is on Systems Thinking and how schools when viewed a dynamic eco-systems have to adapt to the complexity of a range of influences which can support or undermine sustainability. He is passionate about supporting educational professionals to understand how viewing schools as systems can influence their own understandings of innovation and change.
